What if the product breaks?

If there happens to be any problem or damage on your goesslie piece, please contact me via jewellery@goesslie.com immediately. Please name the problem and attach a photo of the product. I am very keen to understand what the problem is, to fix it if possible and/or replace the item if needed.

What if I want to return a product?

If you want to return a product please follow the following steps:

1. Send an email request for the return to no later than 14 days from the date you received the product, naming the reason for the return.

2. The product should be packaged or wrapped the same way you received it. It may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.

3. Send the package to the following address: goesslie, Overtoom 403-3, 1054 JP, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once a return arrived safely and is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

In the case of having mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested, or received a poor quality product, please contact jewellery@goesslie.com.
I will arrange for a return and/or exchange and will cover costs for both shipping and return.

What is FIMO?

FIMO is a colorful modeling clay that is hardened in the oven. It is a well-known and popular handcrafting material for children, amateur artists, DIY crafters and professional users of all ages.

Is goesslie jewellery allergy-free?

“goesslie” jewellery is allergy-free up to a certain extend. All metal parts that are in direct contact with skin are nickel free and mosts of them even silver or golden plated. If you are very sensitive and can only wear real silver or gold though, please do contact me directly to avoid any kind of problems: jewellery@goesslie.com.

How about selling goesslie jewellery in our store?

If you think my jewellery suits your store, please contact me and provide me with information about your store and identity. I am usually very open to such collaborations, eventual special collections and other projects if I have a good feeling about it.
